Learn from the Flying Elephant

This classic tale teaches us the importance of self love, standing up to the bullies and making a stance to back yourself - you got this! If you don't back yourself then who will?! This flying elephant never believed that he could actually fly and be the STAR of the show! - but he did! Thanks to his little mouse friend who supported him & believed in him (even when he didn't believe in himself yet). Eventhough everyone made fun of him, he kept getting up one more time to prove that he was a STAR. The very thing (his big ears) that everyone made fun of  became the very thing that made him fly high and become the STAR that everyone loved so much! Sometimes we get so fixed on the things we don't like, could be our hair, body, voice, anything... that you end up missing what makes you uniquely YOU - maybe your talents or what makes you special (like Dumbo) could be the very thing you don't like. Maybe you focus too much on the bad things, that you completely miss the good things about you and all around you. Self awareness and self Love is such a powerful thing, when you love yourself - you show the world the best in you, but when you don't like yourself - you become dull and lose your shine, even forget how special you truly are. Your life is a gift 🎁 (like gifts) we all come in different packages, colours, shapes and sizes, BUT one thing we all have in common is we are all unique and gifted in very different ways. So stand tall and proud - be bold & be loud. It's time you aim high and get ready to fly because you & me are heading right to the skies!!! Celebrate YOU and every single thing that makes you YOU!!!
